The room was clean, smelled fresh and was appealing. I was told that parking for guests will be one but I was charged another. This was deducted from the deposit. The thermostat was set too low on 2/23/2025 as it was about 30 degrees in upper NW DC. We had to request blankets and to have the maintenance to unlock the thermostat to 70 just to knock off the deadly chill felt in the large/spacious and opened room...I don't recommend you stay there due to hidden fees and poor communications about these additional fees unless it is the closest you can get to your destination, as mine. Expedia did warn of additional charges. Next time I will heed the warning. The staff was attentive. We did tip maintenance for delivering the blankets. He made three trips to the Room due to the room temperature.
