Outdoor: Take advantage of the Palm Springs sun. Grill up hamburgers and hot dogs on the barbecue. Relax in the seating area watch the game on the 55-inch HDTV with a Roku Stick while the kids play in the pool. After the kids are down for the night, kick back in the heated spa or enjoy a cocktail at fire pit.

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor: The interior of this home is simply elegant! Watch a movie with the family on the 65-inch Samsung Smart TV in the living room, which features a ceiling fan, fireplace and seating for 6-10. Whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen which features stainless steel appliances such as the refrigerator, which matches the cabinet panelling, and a double oven for those holiday dinners. Take a seat at the kitchen bar with seating for 5. Sit down with family or maybe even a friends-giving meal at the formal dinning room table with seating for 8.

Bedroom Descriptions: Master Suite features a Cal-King sized bed, a Queen-sized sofa sleeper, 65-inch Samsung Smart TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, private access to the patio via the fresh doors. Private en suite bathroom has a tile shower, oversized soaking tub and tiled countertops with double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is located on the other side of the house at the end of the hallway and features a Queen-sized bed, 50-inch TCL Roku Smart TV and walk-in closet. Access to the large shared bathroom with a large tile shower, reach-in closet and granite countertops with a vanity sink. Bedroom 3 is located across from Bedroom 2 and features a Full-sized bunk bed that sleeps 6 including a Full-sized trundle bed and a Twin-sized sofa sleeper, 50-inch TCL Roku Smart TV, Reach-in closet and access to the courtyard. Bedroom 4 is located right next to the front door and features a Queen-sized bed, 55-inch TCL Roku Smart TV and ceiling fan.

There is a full bathroom located between the dinning room and the garage door with a tiled shower and vanity sink.

Location: Tuscany is in one of the very best locations, just off the "Golden Mile" Avenue 49, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants and shopping in La Quinta, just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
