This Incline Village property is perfect for skiers, hikers and visitors who want to be in the middle of Incline. The center of town is walking distance and there is parking for one car. It is just the ground floor of our condo which is 2 rooms and a bath. There is a kitchenette and a table for snacks in the larger room. Easy entry (2 steps) for older visitors. 5 minutes from a great family ski area at Diamond Peak. If you have a reservation in the area and need an extra bedroom or two this is perfect.

Thank you for the 5 Star review. This is considered the shoulder season in Tahoe bc skiing is winding down and the summer tourist season has not started. It is a wonderful time to enjoy cool mornings and balmy afternoons.

This Incline Village property is a great addition to another rental when you need a couple extra bedrooms and bath. Or it is a perfect stay for a quick Hyatt wedding or ski weekend. No elaborate kitchen or living room to pay for, just two bedrooms, a bath and kitchenette. Super cozy to work on your music or your book. Walk to the summer Recreation Center, Pickleball and tennis courts. These have a charge. We love spending a week here and walking into central Incline for coffee and dinners.

We love visiting Incline . Our “Incline Village First Floor 2 Bdrm 1 Bath” is perfect for families with 2 children, couples or a single looking for a bedroom and a studio with kitchenette area to relax in. This is just 2 sleeping rooms and a bath. One room is set up as a studio and the other a master bedroom. The bath is in a hall in between.

This is a great location, clean and with just the amenities necessary for a great trip to the mountains. Can’t beat the price anywhere in the area. Very close to Diamond Peak. Parking and snug. Just 2 bedrooms and bath with a kitchenette.

We stayed in our own Incline Village 2 Bedroom European Suite the last two days and found it to be a comfortable and safe place to use as a base for our business work in Incline. We give it a 5 Star because it was clean and well equipped for our needs. Your review of 4 Stars had no explanation so I am puzzled if the web description was unclear or if the property was somehow not to your standards.

So glad you enjoyed your trip. Incline Village European Two Bedroom Suite is just the place for a week or a weekend. Our kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer lets you safely store leftovers or that microwavable stew from home. We love these two bedrooms with a bath. There is a TV and AC now for the summer .

Thank you for your review. I think the slider screen may be the part that isn’t sliding not the door itself. The offering is two rooms and a full bath with a private entrance. Both rooms are set up for sleeping and they have doors that provide privacy. These rooms have either a queen bed or a set of twins. The larger of the two rooms can be multi purpose as a TV room ( it has a love seat and a table for eating ) and a kitchenette. There is no stove as mentioned and pictured specifically on the website because the HOA doesn’t allow stoves. The closet doors were the old floor to ceiling type from the 1970s and, when removed, look better, provide more space and allow their floor space to be included in the square footage calculated for the county permit. We hope you enjoyed Incline and that everything else was satisfactory.

Incline Village, Lake Tahoe should have been gorgeous. Cooler weather has been the norm but, still the Lake is lovely. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Our European Suite is just 3 rooms. A master bedroom and a larger room used for sleeping, TV and snacking. There is also a full bath. Private and perfect for your stay.

Incline is small so we are not far from town. They have a new in-town door to door bus pickup service. Many don’t know about it. Free pick up at your location and a ride to another free. Dene

Thank you for your review. We have one operable window. Just to clarify this is two rooms and a bath. It isn’t a full condo. We provide coffee and a few things so you can reheat leftovers, baby formula and such. There is a 3/4 refrigerator and freezer. We are near the pickleball and tennis courts if you have a public clinic or competition. No real kitchen just a place to hang and sleep.

Thanks Melisa for your review . Incline is close enough for many people to walk. We walk to Starbucks and breakfast often. The condo was built in the 1970s with light walls and dark beams which we decided to keep for an alpine cabin look. The floors, bathroom, kitchenette, beds and such are all new . We did not gut the space so it still has a bit of 1970s in it. Billy Jean King lived in this condo complex way back then. The tennis courts are part of the school now but you are close to everything Incline.

Yes, we are only half a mile from the center of Incline Village. Starting in September we have a permit to rent the whole condo including the kitchen and living room. We will open our calendar for that early in September. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Hi. I am glad you looked for things you needed. Someone must have removed the binder with the wifi information on it. My numbers are always on the website and my instructions for entry say at the end to just call me then there is a number. Also you can always call VRBO customer service in a pinch I am glad you had good weather. Starting in September this condo with have both levels open as one rental so there will be another bedroom, a real kitchen and a living room with a deck but not until September. If you liked the location this may be an option for another trip.

Both rooms have queen mattresses . The “couch” is actually a bed with sides. We will be opening the whole condo as a single rental with two floors this fall. Thanks for your review.
