Just as expected
The condo is just as pictured and described. The location is ideal for Diamond Peak, and it's easy to get to other ski resorts and King's Beach. It's fun having the view of the skiers by day and the snowcats at night. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Perfect Mountain Home
After a delightful visit in Jan, we stayed for 8 nights in Feb. The home is so lovely and the views are unparalled. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchens are updated and in great shape even for pickier people like me. Cindy is super responsive. We skied each day and loved the close proximity to the mountain. Our 5 year old marveled at seeing her first chair lift from her bedroom and window, as well as the more advanced ones that she was able to do by end of week. Our 7 year old loved it as well! My husband and I enjoyed the ability to hang out by the fire quietly after the kids went down on the second floor. We even loved the loft level to just enjoy the fullest views. Great home and can't wait to stay again!

Perfect for a family of 4 skiing at Diamond Peak
Nicely updated and clean! Very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans. There are a lot of steps, as this is a 3 story unit. Cindy was extremely responsive to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

summer mountain getaway
We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything is just as noted in pictures.3 levels require many stairs but was not a problem for us. Well equipped with all necessities upon arrival (paper products etc) Comfortable beds and living room sofa. Owner was very responsive. Was a little concerned about locating the condo with directions but they got us there,as well as WAZE.

Idyllic retreat
We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. The pictures don't do it justice! The neighborhood is very quiet and we loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view of the mountains. Our host was responsive and went above and beyond when we accidentally left a laptop at the condo. Highly recommend this rental!

Owners were great! Very responsive.
The house was lovely with a nice view and very convenient parking. We managed the steps just fine, but I think potential renters should know that there is a flight of steps from entrance to first set of bedrooms, another two flights to living area and then another set of steps to the loft. So, renters beware. Also, the tub/shower combo was fairly deep and required a big step to get in and I think a grab bar would be good. Keep in mind we were a group of senior women. I would highly recommend this house!

Great property for a week in North Lake Tahoe
Family trip to Lake Tahoe. The property was very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is well equipped for any cooking needs with modern appliances. Washer and dryer are a huge plus. Nice TV’s with cable and excellent wi-fi. A garage door opener or code would make entering the property easier.

This is an immaculate accommodation. With everything you could need. It was spacious, very clean and welcoming all at once. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to ski. It has great views of diamond peak and is very close. Had a great stay. Thank you.

Beautiful modern condo with breathtaking views
Beautiful two story floor to ceiling windows directly facing the Demand Peak ski slopes. Grand riverstone fireplace that generates a tremendous amount of heat. Everything you'll need in the kitchen. And very comfortable beds. If you are looking for a spectacular place in Incline Village definitely consider this beautiful home.

Great spot by Diamond Peak ski resort
This is a fabulous place. It is a 2 minute drive to Diamond Peak ski resort and close to other spots in Incline Village. The condo had a great bed set up for our family of 4 with room to spare. The kids enjoyed the big screen tv on the main floor. My wife and I enjoyed having a full kitchen to make breakfast and dinner and the cozy fireplace in the main room. Finding the condo took just a bit of patience at night but the instructions from the owners were great.

Nice condo on the hill
Very nice property. No AC which I guess is common for Tahoe but it was 90 degrees and Smokey so it was a little warm during mid day. The neighbor was cranky about the kids on the stairs even though we were gone most of the time and quiet during quiet hours. The house was pretty clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Some rentals put in cheap furniture but this house actually had a comfortable couch and beds.

The whole process was very easy my questions where all answered on a timely matter and the property was Amazing 🤩 My family and I loved it. What made our stay even better is that the home included everything from shampoo to everything you might think of.

We loved our stay there. The owners had everything we needed from dishes, a barbecue, deck furniture, back chairs, towels, a washer and dryer, to a Kurig with plenty of gourmet coffee provided. Great location with a view of the lake. The neighborhood was very peaceful. The condo decorations were very cute with a Lake Tahoe theme. One ask would be that full size fans are provided in each room as there is no air conditioning and it can get quite warm in the upper levels of the condo in July. We would definitely rent tis property again.

Great Neighbor and a quiet location
The location was good for a quiet spring trip. There was hiking nearby and a short drive into Incline village. The neighbor was awesome and helpful (he gave us recommendations on great hiking trails, beaches and restaurants; which was helpful since the information was not provided by the owner). The condo was moderately clean and had most of the basics provided. The owner was very responsive to our questions and helpful rectifying a few missing items. The only disappointment was the private beach access was not allowed to guests at this time.

Perfect fit for our family to honor our brother
Due to current pandemic I worked with the owners, Cindy and Dave about two years scheduling (and rescheduling) this property. They were very responsive & accommodating each time I requested a date change. The property was just right for our family, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and the patio provided the perfect view of Diamond Peak. This was the perfect location for us to reflect on the passing of our brother and to honor him where he ski patrolled. We are already looking forward to this property again. Exactly what we needed
This place was awesome. It had all of the amenities we needed, and the location can't be beat! We took advantage of the grill one evening as well. Diamond Peak is right out your window, the lake view is beautiful. There was something so peaceful about waking up to the sun rising over the mountains. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Week of Remote Learnjng
We arrive on Sunday and had no issues getting into the house. Everything was clean and well stocked. My daughter and her friends spent each day online during remote learning and had no issues with the WiFi. The only issue we did have during our stay was the prescribed burns on the ski slope across from us. We had the smell of smoke in the house even with the doors closed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to come to Tahoe for relaxation. Jay Clark

Great choice for Winter Holiday
Lovely appointed condo with a great view of adjoining ski resort. Beds are very comfortable and each bedroom had its own adjoining full bathroom. Realize that at the end of Summer some things were broken; barbecue ignition needs to be bolted in to work, dishwasher as well was not locked in place thus difficult to manage, many missing items, saran wrap, plastic bags, etc. Unfortunately no air conditioning (loud portable swamp cooler) and hot weather caused my sister and her husband to cut their vacation short and return home. Smoke from the fires didn’t allow for a view of the lake which you can partially see from the balcony. Lots of dust on the various ledges in the condo. Also wasn’t anticipating 30 stairs to main level. Very comfortable leather reclining sofa; my sister loved it so much she’ll purchase identical one. This is definitely a great pick for skiers!

Home away from home!
Loved this rental property. During this vulnerable time we felt safe and sound in your Incline Village property. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Leather couch was very comfortable along with the beds. View was nice and the stars are amazing at night!!! (only little struggle we had was working the remote controls and getting good channels to watch. Part of it may be out lack of technology skills). Amazing views and sparkling clean!
We had a wonderful time at the condo last week. The views from the deck were incredible! The place was very clean, welcoming and kitchen was stocked well with essentials for cooking our meals in. The stairs were a little tricky with an infant and older family member but we made it work and our daily step count didn’t suffer :). Would definitely stay again in the winter next time. The proximity to Diamond Peak is unmatched.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend. The location was close to many of our activities and the beds were very comfortable. After all our hiking the stairs were a little bit of a challenge ;). We will definitely stay here again next time we make it out to Tahoe and have referred several friends with upcoming trips.

Great place to stay with family or friends year round. We came in the summer and it was extremely easy to get to the lake and trails, but it is situated perfectly next to a ski resort as well. The unit comfortably fit five but we could have easily fit a few more. The unit was very clean and had a great kitchen and grill for making almost all of our meals at home. Highly recommend.

Terrific condo! Furnishings and layout exactly as depicted. Incredibly well stocked kitchen. Owners go over the top and provide full selection of Keurig coffee pods, creamers, some microwave popcorn, shampoo & conditioner, laundry pods. Overlooks Diamond Peak slopes and main drive/street. Also well located for skiing Mt. Rose. Took us approx. 18 min. to get there. Owners very communicative and helpful with restaurant recommendations.

We stayed at Cindy and Dave’s condo for three nights during the MLK Day holidays. We loved it and highly recommend! (1) Great location with awesome views. The condo is only a few minutes away from Diamond Peak. My husband, who didn’t ski this time, was able to drop us off at the entrance of the ski resort and get back to the condo within 10 minutes (without traffic, no snow). It was so convenient given that finding a parking spot near the resort is not easy during the peak ski season. (2) Clean and cozy. We always take off our shoes in our house but we don’t always feel comfortable to do so in many other houses. This condo was very clean so we just go without shoes inside. Overall the property is very well maintained. (3) It has almost everything you would need for vacation. Fully furnished including free WiFi, TVs, premium channels—my brother was delighted to watch NBA games after skiing —, fireplace, board games, etc.; bathrooms have all essential items—enough towels, paper, Kleenex, soap, hand washer, shampoo, conditioner—and the kitchen was fully equipped plus surprise treats like coffee and popcorns. There are a nice BBQ grill and outdoor table/chairs on the balcony though we didn’t use them this time. (4) A bonus loft room. It’s like an extra bedroom for kids. Our boys loved the loft so much that they stayed most of their time there if not skiing outside. (5) Lastly, we would like to thank Cindy again for her flexibility and kindly allowing us to check in early. (Luckily there was no one checking out that day). A couple of notes for visitors: (a) You need to drive uphill and then down to get to the condo. It didn’t snow during our stay so no issue without snow tires or chains but please be prepared if snows or ice on the road. (b) Parking. There is a single car garage attached to the unit and the opening is quite small as described in the instructions. We were able to park our Toyota Highlander there because my we are quite used to and really good at tight parking. However if you are not like us or have a bigger car, you’d better park outside. If you park in front of the unit, you need to parallel park on an uneven surface.
