"This hotel property is unique and beautiful. Style of the hotel is that of an old traditional Korean house, with all the modern touches. If visiting the Incheon area again we will definitely book this property again. "
"Located at the center of all dinings, transportations and shopping options. Very friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Stayed at the Conrad Seoul before this hotel but Sheraton hotel had a much better breakfast option. Strongly recommend to friends."
"Air conditioning worked well. There's only a overpriced breakfast buffet, and only 1 American overpriced roomservice breakfast option. There was mold in the shower caulking."
