The hotel is comfortable, clean hot water, cleanliness is almost perfect, staff are usually pleasant and kind, indoor and outdoor clean air (non smoking) 😁, the homemade waffles are a treat and other breakfast items are appreciated.

Staff were courteous. Room was to be expected for $61 a night. Mattress was not very comfortable. Biggest gripe is there was no cable tv. It showed they did have cable hooked up (you could see the channel guide on the tv) but you could only watch 7 local stations. Very limited for shows.

Property felt safe. Checked in at dusk and checked out at dawn, so can't say much about the outside surroundings. The room was clean, air conditioning worked. Parked right outside our room window that was near the entrance. Over all experience was good, however, breakfast could improve from just waffles.
