Loved this amazing place. The hotel has this amazing and calm atmosphere that is difficult to explain, but is needed to experience. Beach just outside the door and great rooms. See you soon.

Lovely hotel outside of Hvar!

Lovely hotel. We had a balcony room over looking the water, which was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Loved the location, beachfront, and the breakfast was great.

I don’t often review but our stay here was just so incredible. You should absolutely book to stay here. They include your taxi from the port and so it was very easy to get here. The rooms had incredible blue ocean views, made for incredible sunsets. Private beach so nice and quiet compared to the main town. The staff was SO friendly. Would bring you drinks to the pool and food to your room. I can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay. Your own private villa on the ocean with the bonus of wonderful attentive staff. The included breakfast is amazing with a great fresh selection and property made pastries. I’d definitely stay again. In May, Transport to Hvar is 15 Euro each way. The property is spotless. Great value. Ocean front rooms are lovely.

Quiet jewel in Havr

Had a fabulous 3-night stay at Hotel Fortuna as part of our longer trip in Slovenia and Croatia. The hotel is close to Hvar but on a gorgeous and much quieter bay - lovely swimming, paddleboard hire and great family restaurants very close. The hotel itself is great, family run, lovely pool, great breakfast and really friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Fortuna in May. Great family owned hotel, nice property. Our room was large and comfortable with a nice patio overlooking the water. A little far from town, but hotel was always ready to drive us and pick up when needed. Lovely family owned hotel!!

This is a "boutique" hotel that is located in a small cove on the island. There is a patio on the beach for food and drinks. We never saw more than 5 people on this small "private" beach. Recommend highly.

Great family stay in Milna

We had a great stay. Fortuna is family run hotel. It has an Awesome setting on the beach in a little town but still just 5 min drive the Hvar town. The staff was really helpful and we were really comfy in our room. We booked a room for 3 and our daughter slept in a convertible single bed. There was still plenty of room with the extra bed which was really nice.

If i could give this place more than 5 stars I would. A fantastic family run hotel. Milna area gives you the perfect mix of quiet whilst only been a short drive away is Hvar Town. George and his family are the perfect hosts. The room was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Balcony overlooking the most beautiful beach. Loved every minute of my stay.

Beautiful place and beautiful location. Away from the crowds but only a 10 mins ride to Hvar. We didn't have a car but didn't have any problems getting transportation from the hotel, we went to Hvar and Stari Grad. Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was delicious including the homeade pastries. Service was outstanding. Great restaurant on site. Right on the beach, and also another beach with restaurant only 5 mins walk away. Would highly recommend this place.

This is a family run hotel, and this is exactly what they make you feel like, one of the family. From check in to check out, everything is done in such a lovely and efficient manner. We,were soon on first name terms with Josephina, marino, martin, dragan, and wonderful chef, yasmina. The property itself, was very nice, with beautiful views, over a very quiet and secluded beach in one direction, an unspoilt, quaint harbour the other way. I stayed with 4 friends, and we all agreed, our stay at Fortuna, was perfect and we would all love to return one day.

The friendliness of the staff stood out for my wife and I. Beach was not too busy and was only 1 min walk away. Breakfast was nice and restaurant was very good as well. Room was clean and hotel was very peaceful and quiet. Town of Milna is small and very walkable. Only thing to be mindful of is that you need to take a taxi whenever you want to go to Hvar Old town where you will find all the ferry ports/sites/action, which can be a little expensive and inconvenient when you want to walk back to your hotel at night. But it was also nice to be a little out of the hustle & bustle at Fortuna which is what we were looking for at this point in our trip. Overall a great stay!
