"The ocean view is breath taking "

"The place was very clean, well organized and welcoming. The listing doesn’t do this house justice because the pool space is bigger than it looks on in the picture and it has wonderful outside dining. There’s a decent sized yard and the rooms were great! The listing pictures need to be updated so the size and space of the room can be shown. One of the bedrooms had different beds than in the picture. I think with updated photos then this would’ve been 5 stars.There is no hot tub and when I booked it said there was but I believe it was translation issue. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet and safe community but it’s hard to get around without a car and that was one thing my group had a hard time with. It’s very hard to get Ubers. But there’s a great local taxi service that is easy to get rides with. This space is very family friendly and the house had a crib available! Definitely would book again I would just would also get a rental car. During our stay the beach was not accessible but the pool made up for it. There is a beautiful mountain near the beach i definitely recommend going up there the view is breathtaking!!!!"

"This is a great beach house it's not a fancy resort it is a family residence literally 500 yards from Verde Mar Beach Every morning Id sit on the front porch and watch the sun rise the views are amazing mountains of El Yunque on one side and the Verdy Mar Beach on the other Morning walks to Punta Santiago pier and back seem to be the norm for retirees The house is about 1 hour from San Juan and 30 min to the Cebia Ferry to Culabra and Viequez amazing location!! We have stayed at other places on the island but this location is awesome The beds and couches are maybe Walmart but compared to the location and surrounding areas you make due we were there for the island not for the accomodations The house was tile throughout making it easy to keep clean 3 bedroom house 3 bathroom enough for a family to stay Air conditioning was for Living room kitchen and hall and master bedroom the portable fans and ceiling fans made it comfortable throughout Plenty of storage clothes washer worked laundry lines on back porch nice and close to the laundry room Property has a typical decorated cage around the building so once you park your car in the garage you can lock yourself in a secure environment but that implies that it's not safe and that's not true "It is a safe family neighborhood" All and all this is a great property a great family economy stay if you want the resort feel you should go to a resort this is a family lives here property!"
