It was pleasant experience to stay at this hotel. Right in the middle of city center, walking distance to metro, tram stations and restaurants. Beautiful Staff was professional, very helpful and felt like family. Our room was recently renovated, very well designed and comfortable. We were very happy staying there which made our trip more memorable. I would recommend to the hotel to keep iron and water bottles in the room. This is minor issue but good for complete customer satisfaction.

The property is average, it’s clean and the staff are nice. The breakfast is fantastic! You really can’t beat the location for that price. It was under renovation at the time I stayed and unbeknownst to me a mirror in my bathroom was changed one day when I was gone and there weren’t anymore lights so the bathroom was dark. It still had a light but it might as well have been dark. The front desk offered to switch my room but after 3 days, that was too much hassle. I don’t know why that had to be done right in the middle of my stay.
