"The townhouse is really luxurious. Large master bedroom with master bath. Loved soaking in the Jacuzzi. The neighborhood is quiet, and stores and restaurants are close-by. The host was very accommodating and replied promptly to the two questions I sent him. In closing, I highly recommend this property and plan to stay there during my next trip to Houston."

"It was a little bit scary at first of how many rooms we had I had two rooms reserved the young man at the counter said I only had one Ashley the manager got on the line and got it all straightened out Ashley is top notch"

"Rooms and common areas were neat and clean. Breakfast is not included with this hotel (as stated on their website), but coffee is and it was much appreciated. The front desk was happy to hold our luggage in a locked room since we checked in before our room was ready. We stayed here for the FIRST World Championships and it was very convenient to the George R Brown Convention Center. The area feels very safe and I wasn't worried about walking to and from there. Would be happy to stay here...

"The first room (101) had been occupied by a smoker but the staff was able to move us to another room which was satisfactory. The ice machines on levels 2 and 3 were out of service."
