Sheets were dirty and stained. Bedspread were full of holes insects in the room pillows were down right dirty and disgusting to sleep on. This is a place I would NOT recommend my friends or family to stay towels were so thin to use. The up keep on this place has went down from 8 years ago when I stayed there before my overall experience last night was terrible

Good afternoon Miss/ Mrs Tina,I see your virtual stay at our property wasn’t pleasant. Our records show you didn’t showed up after booking in a short booking window. Which is unfortunately non-refundable. But, We have proof that you never entered or stayed at any of the rooms in our propety. So, all of your experiences that you claim and mentioned are truely false. But, we would love to accomodate you and your Family in future soon. It is not nice to book a room and never show up. I liked the little lady that cleans up the rooms. She is so humble. As for the owners/ managers, they lack manners. Somebody needs to train them. The AC units are loud and not cleaned. They made me catch the flu as well. I stayed there 6 nights until my apartment was ready and I was miserable every night. I made a mistake going there.

Good for an overnight stay
Room and outside was very clean and it was quiet. The bed squeaked like a baby bird chirping, it got annoying. Overall it was a good stay for the excellent price.

Please do not misrepresent what type of hotel this is. I was totally surprised when I pulled up with my daughter. Moving in a very swift manner while surfing through the internet to book a room to stay in that was not really far from where my family was staying because of a funeral, caused me to not pay close attention to specific facts that should have alarmed me. Having to pay online when I booked reservations for the 2 nights 3 days had me thinking that we were staying in an actual hotel. Maybe not on a prestige caliber but still somewhat suitable. After reading the disclosures that we’re written on a board located against the wall when I walked in, I was completely disgusted!! It was clear that ai had made a mistake and there was no way that I would solidify a stay there! I was totally distraught when I not only say that there were no refunds after booking but it was also labeled across the little glass. I know that this will probably not be posted but if it is, know that this is not a family hotel to stay in visiting this town. They stated that you can just pay hourly when someone else entered in.

The bed, linen, pillows and mattresses mostly needs to be updated. The service is excellent, the management keeps an eye on the parking lot seriously. The management was very accommodating and the housekeeping is very attentive. Yes, I would stay again.

At first I was somewhat apprehensive then I noticed how clean the parking lot was, accommodating the staff was, etc. The management was very accommodating and the housekeeping was the best. The bed and pillows and linens can be updated for better comfort yet I will stay here again. Thank you

The hotel refused to give me a room because they wanted an extra $10 for my two kids to be there with me. I did not recieve a room so no service was rendered. The hotel denied me a refund and took the money out of my account the very next day. I will never stay there again worst service i have had in years.

Great room with modern look, except for the bed(not comfortable or sturdy) & tacky time switch sheets. I loved the bathroom and the amenities but the bed was the only thing that needs improvement.

This is a modest and cozy place, nothing fancy but very clean since I open the door I can smell it was a clean room, the people at the front desk was very friendly. Definitely we will back soon!
