"The room was great, clean spacious and quiet. The aircon worked well, there was a fridge which was useful.
Check I was fine but seemed a little long- there was no need to book a taxi which they tried to tell me there was because the hotel hoppa and public buses both serve the airport well. "
"The check in went very smoothly and they where able to store our baggage as we arrived early and went sight seeing. The rooms where very quiet allowing a good night sleep."
"Hotels.com relocated us to this hotel after the original hotel we booked couldn’t check us in due to being overbooked.
We arrived for check in at 1am tired having spent most the day travelling. The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system. They refused to check us in unless £150 was paid in addition to the fee already paid to them for bed and breakfast accommodation. We explained that we didn’t even...

"I picked The Strand as a shot in the dark. I was delayed in Chicago for 24 hours and my companions were delayed even longer. I called from the airport and spoke with Kajal. She was so kind and helpful. Every time I spoke with her, she was always very helpful."
"It was great being right next to the tower bridge you could walk out and see things very easily. The room was very large was a nice view of the marina the water pressure in the shower was great"

"This hotel was great. We started our trip with a different hotel but it was so bad that we left that place and booked this hotel instead and we are so happy we did. We got an accessible room even though we didn’t ask for one and it was huge. The bathroom in this room was bigger than the whole room we had at the original hotel we booked. The location was great with bus stops right in front of the hotel making it easy to get in and out of the city everyday. And finally huge shoutout to the night time desk crew, Masani, Afzal, and Domingos. These guys were amazing with helping when my mom had an accident in the shower coming to help right away and then helping us to arrange additional transport. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel. "

"We stayed in this hotel for 9 days and 8 nights and loved it so much. The hotel staff were extremely nice and very helpful. They gave us a very nice room on the 2nd floor with a great view. The bed size was comfortable for 2 of us. The breakfast was healthy and the cappuccino was delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone and make sure to ask for the type of room you like that fits your need. It was very close to underground train station and very safe place to stay. Thank you for everything you did for us. We greatly appreciate it and plan to stay again when we visit London next year."

"We had hoped for a room with a bathtub and a pretty view and that is exactly what we had, and more!! Everyone was so helpful at the front desk: they helped us get a cab to the airport the next day, they held our luggage while we ate breakfast, they were so friendly in very real ways. Wonderful!!"
