Convenient location to downtown Bath House and tourist area. Hotel is in need of renovations. Room was not clean when we checked in very well. There was an unknown sticky liquid on the floor near the beds; Ice machine did not work on many floors. No drink machine on 8th floor and sold out machines not replenished during our entire stay on several floors.

Was a nice location to the shopping area and bathhouse row. The floor we were on had a fan running and a funny smell, not sure what exactly was going on. Bed and sheets were ok, towels a little thin. But overall was a good night. Had a complimentary hot breakfast, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy. Also cereal and muffins. Friendly and helpful staff.

OUR ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN! The lobby was decent upon arrival. We only stayed one night so had limited interaction with the staff, but they were friendly on check in and check out. However, the carpet in hallways was pretty nasty, and our room was definitely not clean. I am not sure how any reviewer gives this place 10/10. The baseboards in the room have NEVER been cleaned, the bathroom was grimy, the headboard was covered in dust, there were chunks of dirt and debris on the faux wood floors that was very obvious, the floor was sticky and we didn't remove our shoes to step on it the entire time we were in the room. The remote battery compartment was broken as well. The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear your neighbors in regular conversations. The AC was nice and cool, thank goodness. Our shades did not work so there was no window privacy (thank goodness we were on the top 14th floor). The sheer shade was broken so wouldn't close completely, and the darker shades are not adjustable. Just not sure how this place gets any decent review unless standards are subpar. Very disappointing. There was free covered parking about a block away, so that was a positive. Wish I could say better things, but the lack of cleanliness is just not acceptable. The beds "seemed" to be clean (I hope) and were comfy, but we did inspect them before sleeping hoping they were acceptable for our one night.

We loved how close this hotel was to downtown. It was within walking distance but in a quiet area. The staff were all really nice and helpful. The room was clean and the accommodations were great. They even have a shuttle service which was really great. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Very easy walk to bath house row and all the activities. Great parking garage. Beds were very comfortable. Love that they don’t have carpet in the rooms. Great a/c.

Roaches. I don’t Think I need to say anything more than this. When I woke this morning, there was a large roach on the bathroom floor. Killed. and when I went back to the bed, there was one on the nightstand with the key card. When I checked out I showed the photo and gave the dead one back on the key card. The front desk told me that they were not responsible for what happened in the back. Or Upstairs. She called the manager. Nobody showed up, so I just left. I also have a questionable red welts showing up on my skin. Nothing short of disgusting. I’m to ocd for a repeat stay. And the attitude from staff.

I loved this hotel. It was walkable to most things. The staff was very helpful with questions and suggestions. They have this van that if asked will take you to the casino or even to the top of the mountain for your hike down. The complimentary drinks for the guest was a very nice touch. I just loved this hotel.
