"Great option for families. We were so pleased with our stay. Staff was honestly 10/10 and the rooms were beautiful. I would likely stay at a hotel with a beach entrance in the future but this was an affordable, clean and honestly ten minute walk to the beach stay. We loved it. "
"Location is great (5 minute walk to Waikiki beach and numerous dining options and shopping). Hotel staff is excellent and very friendly). Overall room and hotel is a great value for the cost. Definitely recommend the hotel and plan to stay here again on our next trip to Oahu. "
"Rooms need to be updated. Drapes were extremely past due to be replaced.
Can’t beat the view of the ocean, canal & Diamond Head. Pool area and laundry were great. "
"Overall good - staff (friendly and helpful), location outstanding to Waikiki Beach, shopping, food, and local markets/events. Room clean and sufficient for overnight stay (we were heading out on a cruise next day). Murphy bed was comfortable enough but difficult to get to go back in properly. Overall stay was good but was surprised at the high additional resort charge for a 1 night stay! "
"This hotel is great! Hotels are not meant to live in so we used it as just a place to sleep while learning the love and culture of Hawaii! Amazing place! Bed is super soft too!"

"The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The southwest corner of the building is under renovation/repair as of May 2024. The driveway was more narrow due to the presence of scaffolding but no other significant impact or inconvenience was caused by the construction. Excellent swimming pool, bar, and restaurant on location. Easy walk to Waikiki beach, shopping, and other dining options. I parked my rental car along Ala Wai Blvd to avoid paying $45 a night to valet park. However, parking is limited along Ala Wai Blvd so it can be frustrating and less convenient. You might end up finding a spot several blocks away and have to walk back to the hotel. Overall, the amenities were nice and I would stay here again."
