Neighbors are right close because the property is long and narrow BUT the way the yard is bordered by trees/other plant life you do get privacy. The grill was in great working condition. I really enjoyed cooking and eating outside on the porch. The view is spectacular. Jim was an amazing host and took the time to walk me around. I will be booking with Jim and Kim again."

"A stunning and beautiful situation and location. The hosts Garrett and Kaia were so pleasant to deal with and very helpful. They made suggestions as to sights to see and good places to eat, going so far as to even picking up a meal for us. There was plenty of room at this location for all of our family and each member had their own room. Out grand children greatly enjoyed the animal life both domestic and wild. The condo was awesome, reminded us of our own condo in the mountains. Super clean, all the amenities, everything was easy.
