"Great rental. Nice wide lanai. Could wake up to the roar of the surf and see the shore while laying in bed. Numerous fans were provided to help with the air flow breeze. Bedding was quite comfy. Plenty of parking during out stay in mid-May. It was all very nice."

"My husband and I honeymooned here in early May 2024. The pictures on the listing are EXACTLY what to expect we were so excited to see the view in person. The building itself is a little dated, but as soon as we got to our room we completely forgot about it. When we first arrived we were nervous about the noise level we would hear from being so close to the street, however the waves themselves were so loud we couldn’t hear anything over them. Kitchen was perfect for our breakfasts and lunches, and having a washer dryer in unit was a blessing. We are so excited to come back someday!"

"Carolyn's place was fantastic! My husbad and I stayed at her condo for a few nights and were very impressed with the location, amenities, and the cleanliness of the space. Don't forget about the views! It was so enjoyable grabbing a cup of coffee in the morning and sitting out on the balcony. We even saw a turtle one morning. We highly recommend Carolyn's place and will most definitely be staying there again when we come back!"

"We had the best time staying at Kona Tiki Hotel! We loved hearing the waves crash in at night and the slow-down island vibe of the hotel. Staff was super friendly, room was clean and had everything we needed, took advantage of the beach equipment and book shelf and enjoyed our time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Awesome place to stay to truly relax on vacation!"

"The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. Well equipped with everything we needed to make meals and also items for our beach days (towels, chairs, umbrella). We had no issues whatsoever with the condo itself; our only issue was the rooster(s) we heard every morning starting around 4:30am."
