Unfortunately the water heater system broke down during your stay, we have since replaced all the heating elements and the issue is resolved now. The cafe in the lobby is opened 24/7 and is popular with students. It can get crowded at times but it is never noisy nor rowdy as the students use the area to study. Cafe in HCMC, even Starbucks gets crowded easily because of the strong Vietnamese cafe culture. The reason we are able to continue providing free snacks and drinks in the pantry as well as the in room mini bar is because almost all of our guests did not abuse it. We do not restrict the amount our guests can consume as long as there are no wastage. Recycling is still not common in Vietnam, but we try to do our small part by recycling the cans and plastic bottles. We even installed, in addition to our 2 heater pump water tank, another solar powered tank to reduce our carbon footprint.
