This was a very nice stay. I was a little taken off guard that check-in was more like an Air BnB instead of a check-in desk. But communication was great and it was a non issue for us. Great location, nice and quiet. Would stay there again.

It’s a shame because it’s in a good location. The spaces are quite affordable, but the cleanliness is terrible. Even if you pay an extra fee, there is no cleaning. The bed was itchy and full of bedbugs. It was the worst stay I’ve ever had.

The stay was nice, wish when we went it wasn’t off seasons and so many things weren’t closed. But was a nice 2 night stay, Ana ruby falls is a short drive and very nice small hike water fall to visit while in town

The rental was spacious, very clean and updated. We enjoyed the fireplace on the cool nights. It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere or to sit on the comfortable chairs and look at the mountain view. The staff were very nice and helpful when we needed anything.

We stayed in the king bungalow room with a full kitchen and spacious living room area, complete with a reclining couch and chair. The bedroom was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was pretty standard. Everything, for the most part, seemed new or nearly new. Close to everything but not in the middle of it. FYI: The driveway up to the motel is pretty steep, which makes walking up it after a night at the beer halls or bars a little challenging. We would stay again.

The place was beautiful everything was great the bed was a lot stiffer than what we expected but that's okay everybody's Comfort level on that is different but would still highly recommend it to anyone the only concern was an extra charge after we had already paid for our room that we still do not know why we was charged

Usually most hotels offer a travel size shampoo,conditioner, and soap. Wasn’t a big deal for us because I always bring this when we stay somewhere. No extra, towels, or pillows. Not a deal breaker for us but just am fyi. Walking distance to downtown Helen. Would atay again

Older and charming hotel

In advertisement said room with view of mountains. when we got there it was a room with a view of stairs. When talked to the front desk they said "well the whole hotel has a view of mountains". That is not what the ad on Expedia says.
