The customer service for breakfast and lunch was great! Check in was great! We did get stuck in the garage for about 10minutes because no one would answer the intercom, we had to call them on the phone, slight inconvenience. Otherwise, this location was great.

Hilton Heidelberg is a great, modern hotel, very close to main attractions, surrounded by many cafes&restaurant options. It has a lovely bar and restaurant as well. The staff is very reactive.
