"We had the pleasure to stay here for 5 days and what a wonderfully cozy home! Everything was so easily comfortable, all is exactly as posted, the location on the water is incredibly peaceful, the hot tub is a huge plus, and our stay was completely enjoyable. The owner was extremely responsive throughout the booking and even easily helped us extend our stay by a day (how much we liked it!). Highly recommend!"

"The proximity to Great Lakes Recruitment Center, Sarge’s Meet & Greet, restaurants, etc. is perfect. We were in town for our son’s boot camp graduation and knew we wanted more room to hang out than a typical hotel room would offer. It was great to be able to relax, watch movies, just hang out with our sailor for the precious two days we had. This place has location, location, location if you’re coming in for boot camp graduation."

"We were up for my son’s graduation from Lake Forest. Perfect location. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and centralized for what we needed. Roomy enough for an adult family, but cosy enough to feel connected and together."

"This was a cute property and had an open and spacious feel inside. We really loved that all three rooms had a king sized bed and they were very comfortable! It was also a huge bonus that there was a second bathroom with a shower as we had to be somewhere fairly early on Saturday and everyone was able to get ready fast. The house also felt really solid and well insulated so each room felt like it had enough privacy. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The home is very cute, nice location, and overall was fine for what we needed. We were in town for a wedding and needed a dog friendly place where he could hang while we were gone, and basically just a place to crash. The host was very responsive and let us check in early which was so helpful. The fenced in yard was great! But, it wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. The tub had bugs in it and was definitely dirty. Thankfully we didn’t need to use it but if we had, I would’ve had to clean...

"We absolutely loved our family weekend getaway here! The house was spacious and comfortably slept all 10 of us with plenty of extra space. We had everything we needed then some. The best part of it was the backyard with lots of room to sit around and spend much needed time together with the lake as the perfect view. The hosts were also so welcoming and easy to get in contact with. Highly recommend!"

"My family and I were in town for a wedding. The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities. The host was super personable, accommodating, and quick to respond. We really enjoyed the property and used the fire pit the first evening we were there, watching the boats pass by. Highly recommend!"

"I felt the accommodations were just as I expected and met my needs for an overnight trip to Kenosha. I did get a little cold at night and would have appreciated another blanket, but otherwise found the accommodations comfortable. The WiFi info I was provided did not work for me, but I didn’t need it so it wasn’t a big deal. I was grateful for the solitude and clean place to rest for the night!"

"This was an amazing house. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and spacious. My family and I truly enjoyed the homeliness of this vacation home. We wanted to visit downtown Chicago and this was about an hour away from downtown. Great neighborhood to stay in, we felt very safe and comfortable here. The host was also great and replied right away to questions we had. Check-in and check-out process went very smoothly!"
