Situated on a wide stretch of sugar white sand beach, this bright, comfortable, ocean view condo is the perfect family get away! Enjoy your morning coffee on the private beach-side view balcony, spend your day enjoying the beautiful beach just steps from your unit, or relax at the large pool right at the dunes.

The building was totally renovated, roof replaced, and the pool resurfaced in September of 2021. Mattresses replaced in 2021/2022. Baths renovated and paint freshened throughout in 2021. AC Unit replaced in 2020.

This fully equipped condo has all of the conveniences of home. Queen bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in 2nd bedroom, queen-size sofa sleeper. Third floor units have a cathedral ceiling in living room which adds to the spacious feel of our unit.

Other amenities include an elevator to this top (3rd) floor unit, large oceanfront saltwater heated swimming pool, and adjoining sundeck. Three BBQ grills are located right near the covered deck area with picnic tables. The complex has covered parking, with two vehicles allowed per unit. One parking pass included in rental total. Condo is conveniently located close to golf, state park, grocery stores, discount shopping, restaurants, water/amusement parks, and fast food. Lyft drivers more prevalent in the area than Uber. The City of Gulf Shores operates a drop-off recycling facility at 160 W. 36th Avenue. All items must be sorted into the proper bins.

Weekend Getaway
Me, my wife and son visited the Orange Beach for two reasons. One was the Kenny Chesney concert at The Wharf and to enjoy the beach. Both were great. The unit was described. A short walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes, and we were ready to enjoy the sand and surf. The unit had a washer and dryer which was great. We did not have pack as many clothes. Great proximity to various different things to do and eat.

My daughter's wedding
The condo was really nice. It was clean and seemed to be well maintained. It was spacious and had a ton of closet space. It was right at the top of 3 flights of stairs. But there was also an elevator just a little ways away if you didn't want to use the stairs. We really liked the condo. It was perfect for what we needed. Our daughter was getting married at gulf state park pavilion, only 1 mile down the road. We used this condo as a place for her bridal partal to get ready for the wedding. (Hair, make up, and get dressed). It worked out perfectly, due to the location and space inside the condo. (2 beds and baths). Would highly recommend this condo.

My husband and I were right at home in the Benson's condo. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, fully functional kitchen and SO clean. The only fly in the ointment is the mattress in the master bedroom. So uncomfortable my husband ended up on the couch in the living room while I tried to sleep on just the edge of the bed. However the rest of the trip was great

Fantastic location and immaculate condo
We enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. Romar Beach Condominiums are right on the beach! The pool is a great way to relax after spending the day on the beach. We stayed at this property previously in a different unit. This condo is very well equipped. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and cooked several meals in during our trip. The condo was very clean upon arrival and well taken care of. We will definitely look at this condo for future trips to Orange Beach.

Great spot, would stay again but with more supplies
Great location on the beach and strip. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Condo was clean and instructions were clear. Master bed could use replacement, no support left in it at all. Bathroom outlet in master didn’t work but if you shut the bedroom door there was a mirror on the back that you could use while plugged into the bedroom wall if you needed the hair dryer. Fully stocked kitchen but zero spices. Not even salt and pepper. Only 2 dish towels for the week. It mentions a starter roll of TP, they do not stock more than that. No lighter to use the outdoor grills. No paper towels were left for us. We would stay here again but would come with more supplies for the week.

This location was great for our stay. We enjoyed the beach access and the location was convenient to our activities. The condo was comfortable and was well stocked with kitchen utensils and starter soaps etc. Loved having their loaner closet of beach chairs.
