“We booked the 2 bedroom penthouse and could not have been happier. It was spacious and beautiful. Rooftop pool was nice and there were towels provided. Loved the area although it was a long walk to the main beach area of 5th (30 minutes). There was a closer beach and shopping along 5th about a 15 minute walk. Only negatives were the elevator was broken and we were on the 5th floor. It was extremely hot so carrying bags up and down was exhausting. Also, we booked last minute and did not receive……

“Both the host and Miriam were extremely hospitable. The location is fantastic. The apartment was clean. And the shower gets hot! The communication with the host and Miriam was impeccable. Miriam went out of her way to help me upon arrival. You are two blocks to Playa Norte, Two blocks to the main drag and Playa Centro. Five minute walk to the ferry and golf cart rental. And best of all a block from El Centro. I highly recommend a stay here. Just don't book it when I come back.”

“I loved the daylight/brightness, ventilation, amenities and size, it was very comfortable and had everything that i needed for my cancun appointment. the property accommodated my late check in due to traffic, and i just had problems opening the door with the 2 locks initially but they sent a security guard to assist to show me how to open the locks. everything was working well. the place was clean, with the exception of 2 small decorative cushions on the beds in the smaller bedroom. had a great……

“Overall I would recommend staying at this property. The host was very easy to work with and responded to everything promptly. Getting into the property was easy and just as host described. The property is nice with a nice pool and beach. One benefit of this property is it was very quiet. Most resorts have loud music playing all the time, so it was nice to stay somewhere quiet. Overall the condo was clean. I would have given 5 stars across the board, but there were a couple issues. The laundry……

“Easy to communicate with property manager who quickly corrected a couple issues. I missed this unit being on the third floor, which is my fault, but i would have opted out if i read better. The photos are not of either unit I was given but they are similar. Kitchenette had settings for 2 people max. Temperature in room was very comfortable. Entrance has padlock for security.”

“Karen was very kind and hospitable. She has bikes you can use to explore the island. She made sure we had everything we needed in the room and gave us some good suggestions for things to do in the area. I feel like for the price we got a great value and a memorable experience.”

“We enjoyed our apartment that we stayed in, but there was construction the whole time with unreliable start and stop times (directly next to the pool). The concierge service was lovely and super helpful as well, but their hours seemed to fluctuate a bit. We had also asked them to push the two twin beds together into a king and arrived to two twins. Other than that, we really enjoyed the air conditioning, private balcony and rooftop hot tub, and the golf cart service to the Marena Beach Club on……

“Very good hotel near the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. You can spend one day totally at the hotel to enjoy the beach and also the nice swimming pool in the hotel. Towels are provided.”
