Everything was amazing room service was 24 hours. Their concierge had amazing tours nighttime daytime at affordable price. There’s always security staff willing to help amazing art pieces throughout the hotel close to everything. Everything was walkable.

We originally booked another hotel and made a last-minute change as we needed air-conditioning in the room but we decided we did not need a swimming pool. This hotel met all our needs. It was located close to everything and the staff was accommodating.

Very clean and conveniently located. Personnel staff quick and attentive. My only complaint, after each shower water went all over the bathroom as the shower wall had poor sealant. I called front desk and they brought up extra towels to block the water from spreading.

The best feature of this hotel is the proximity to the historic center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel continues to be very clean and comfortable. However, certain upgrades to the rooms are recommended. The electrical outlets need a little work. When you plug in your electrical cords they are very loose they don't stay on the outlets. This is probably my fourth time staying here and I would love to come back in the future.

I highly recommended this hotel. It was my 1st time but if i come back to Guadalajara i will definely stay here. The #1 reason the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very nice. The hotel overall very clean. The restaurant and the food was very good. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet. The bar was very nice too to go for a relaxing drink. Everything was walking distance. Perfect location. I highly recommended.

Real Maestranza is clean and location to downtown attractions are within walking distance. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. I have stayed here multiple times due to location, service and value.
