Wonderful and Relaxing Stay - near Downtown Greenville
My son and I had a wonderful "mommy and me" weekend stay at the beautiful townhome. The home was clean and very relaxing. It was conveniently located near Downtown Greenville and close enough to the mountains for a quick trip to Jeter Mountain Farm, Dupont State Forest and Lake Jocassee. My son and I also spent the day on the water kayaking Saluda River from Hunts Bridge. Shane was very pleasant and responsive during the trip which was appreciated since this was our first time staying in Greenville. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

Walkability was fine.
An earlier review gave us the idea we'd have trouble walking downtown. Not for us. We mostly walked everywhere. The property is well maintained. We had no issues with noise, neighbors or facilities. It was hot but the townhome stayed nice and cool during our weekend.

Great Stay
My husband began ill while traveling from DC and had to be hospitalized in Greenville. This house was perfectly located to the hospital, great eateries, and grocery stores. We had to extend our stay and Sean was extremely accessible and supportive. His townhouse is well appointed and perfectly located. If I was to visit Greenville for pleasure, I would stay at Sean's. It is a great location.

Just like home
We truly enjoyed our stay while visiting family in Greenville. The condo has all the amenities hotels provide and it was very clean. The beds were super comfy and it’s a quiet neighborhood. The only drawback is that it’s not within walking distance from downtown.

Greenville weekend
The condo was perfect for 2 couples and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Super clean and Shane was fantastic to work with, very responsive and going above expectations by offering to send a list of nearby restaurants. We’d definitely recommend.

Outstanding stay for biking - see below for tips
As other reviews have stated, the property feels brand new and everything is very professional. It felt like a blend between a rental and a hotel because of all the included touches (water, coffee pods, soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, etc). I don't have a problem staying at places where you need to supply those things yourself and strip the beds before you leave, but it was nice for a change to stay here where everything was taken care of. Here are some tips: 1. If you want water from the fridge, don't set your glass down where the ice comes out because the water sprays in front of that on to the floor. It's an easy problem to solve: just use the cup itself to press the water button. 2. Although it's less than a 10 minute bike to Falls Park, etc (or probably a ~20 minute walk), the property is on a 4 lane road. It was never that busy, but it's not super bike friendly so I would stay on the sidewalk and get off it ASAP. 3. That 4-lane road has a slightly raised median in front of the property so if you have to turn left to get in you need to go just past the driveway and do more than a 90 degree turn to get in. As mentioned, the road was never that busy so this wasn't a problem. 4. We drove to Unity Park but it looks like that would be an even easier ride than going to Falls Park. It is an excellent home base for biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail that I highly recommend. Go north for exercise, south for sights (Falls, Cancer Garden, Cleveland Park, etc).

This may have been the cleanest Vrbo that we’ve stayed at. It was exactly what we needed for our weekend in Greenville. Quick drive downtown. Everything was great. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect Townhome Close to Downtown Area
Townhome was clean and exactly as pictured. We were in town for a wedding and also rented the townhome next door for our parents. It is pet-friendly which was a must for us! We were very happy with our stay and had no issues whatsoever.

We stayed for a long weekend with our three teenagers. It was a quick drive downtown, and we really enjoyed checking out Falls Park, shops/restaurants on Main St, and Gather Greenville. Unit was as other reviewers described…convenient, clean, felt safe, easy to communicate with owner. We do not have pets so was nervous about possible dog hair but that wasn’t an issue.

We had a great time in Shane's brand new-like townhome. It was clean and well-maintained—one of two units on the property. The excellent location made it easy to get around Greenville. Very close to downtown. Shane is a great host. Highly recommend. I will stay with Shane again!

Great home and new construction
Shane was very available and helpful. We stayed here to explore Greenville as a possible place to live. Good location to the city plus quick access to TR and other areas we were considering. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and quiet area even though in the city. Highly recommend!

My daughter said "It's like staying in a model home." Shane's house is new and clean. The yard was very nice for our dog, there was plenty of space for parking two cars. I would definitely stay again when we travel to Greenville.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location was a short 30 min walk or $6 Uber ride to downtown and the place was great & just as described. Very nice. We'll likely be back. Really had a great weekend here.

Wonderful Stay
We loved staying at this townhome! We met Shane (the owner) as he was cutting the grass one day and he was very nice. Everything we needed was provided, and it was perfect being able to bring our dog with us (it was so clean though, you’d never know it was pet friendly). The neighborhood is going through some revitalizing with very beautiful homes being built all around. We felt very safe here, and it is close by to so many good spots with just a 5 minute drive. I will definitely be recommending these townhomes to anyone looking to stay in the Greenville area!

Absolute Perfection
First of all, Greenville is a great town. I didn’t expect it to be what it was, but if you’re reading this whiled considering if you want to go there, I recommend it. Second, stay here. I’ve been in a lot of VRBO’s and other places and this one is amazing. Clean, bright, has everything you need and more, close to town, plenty of parking, great outdoor area. If you come here, you’ll need nothing and I assure you, you will be 100% satisfied. I was here on business and would have never known to travel to Greenville. I called my wife and told here that the next time be visit our daughter (lives in NC, about 45min away), this is where we are staying!!!

Cozy little home base
We visited Greenville for a long weekend, to see some family in the area, so we didn't spend much time actually in the unit. But it was very clean, and comfortable getting kids fed in the morning (smart TV helped with that!) and was a cozy retreat at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well appointed - everything was clean. 2 parking spots for the unit made loading/unloading easier. Great location in town as well - close to food and the fun parts of town :) Next time we visit we will absolutely consider staying again.

A group of us made arrangements to look at furniture in Greenville and decided to make a night of it. Luckily I found Shane’s townhome. It was perfect for a short visit. New, clean, extremely well equipped and perfect with 2 primary bedrooms with ensuites. As a property owner myself, I appreciate the extra touches such as coffee, tea, snacks and kitchen staples. We were a short drive to downtown so it was perfect for us. Highly recommend!!

Greenville Getaway
This rental was cute, clean, and very well appointed. The owner went above and beyond by having snacks and toiletries available. The house itself was brand new, in a neighborhood that like so many near city centers these days, are getting renewed. You will have to drive to downtown Greenville, but most things are less than 8 minutes away.
