This was our first time at the hotel. We were warmly greeted by Marina the lovely receptionist who allowed us to leave our luggage two hours earlier before check in time so we didn’t have to haul around our belongings. We got a lovely glass of their own house wine and the swimming pool was very refreshing after a long hot day walking around Fira. The staff are so very friendly and cheerful. We had to leave the next morning for an early ferry and we still got a full hot breakfast. The food was more than we could actually eat and I can’t stop wishing that we had stayed longer. Thank you so much Winery hotel! You’ve got a good thing going :)

The best place we stayed during our Greece trip! Winery Hotel staff was helpful, accommodating, and welcoming. The breakfast served in the room each morning was amazing; they even packed us a breakfast for our early flight and arranged a taxi for us. The room was spotless; the AC was cold and the shutters blocked out the light. Rooms were quiet, even though you were in the middle of Fira. Great location! Will absolutely stay here again.

The room was spectacular and the service outstanding! We were warmly greeted upon arrival and provided a glass of wine! The staff was extremely helpful in sharing the best things to do around the island, and helped us schedule a private tour - which was perfect! The room was beautiful and spacious! Breakfast was delivered to our room and it was delicious!

Regina & Marina and all the staff were so friendly and pleasant. They were so helpful in making our first trip to Santorini so memorable. They told us where the best places to visit and eat were. They got us a guide to tour the island’s most famous places. We were able to see the white, black, and red beaches, the Acrotiri ruins, walk small towns, and visit a few churches. They also arranged for a sunset cruise with an amazing dinner. We stayed in room # one which is the largest suite with 3 levels and two jacuzzis. The rooms were Immaculate and well appointed. We were a family of four but the suite could easily fit 8. The in-room complementary breakfast was another perk. Highly recommend Kipos for dinner. Santorini is such a beautiful island and everyone is friendly. One of the best vacations my family has ever had.

Excellent hotel! Beautiful, unique and spotless. The staff does a tremendous job of making you feel welcome and valued. This property is just steps away from the beautiful Santorini sunsets, shopping and so many eateries. We especially loved the glass of wine when we arrived and the gourmet breakfasts each morning. We highly recommend!!

Breakfast amazing and included. Convenient to shopping, right outside the door. Directly across the property are car rental and cruise rental options. An excellent resturant is connected to the property. Only 5 suites. Very charming and quiet. Room amazing. Staff so helpful, cheerful and kind. I give this property five stars. More if I could! It is everything and more than the pictures posted depict.

It seemed very private with a nice pool. The staff was extremely accommodating with every type of request. They were also very knowledgable on areas to visit, activities to enjoy, and how to get to and from these places. There were multiple location options for enjoying your breakfast. The hotel breakfast was delicious! They ask you to choose your breakfast items the day before and select a breakfast timeslot. Excellent all around!

Beautiful room and very friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. Outdoor hotbtub was nice and balcony was spacious. Only suggestion would be to add a loveseat in the room, there is enough space and would be great place to rest.

We had an amazing time at The Winery. The service was great. From the start we felt very welcomed by Nicos, Dimitris and all the staff, that kindly served us a delicious breakfast at the pool every morning. The room was super comfortable for a family of 4. The pool area was super cool, and the location, in the center of Thira. We really had a great time.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel! The decor is absolutely beautiful in this unique, spacious, comfortable, and luxurious property! The staff is so friendly and kind. Regina and Anna Maria stand out as being exceptional. The breakfast provided is one of the most amazing breakfasts I’ve ever eaten! Needless to say…we’d stay here all over again and we hope to return!

I had a great experience at this hotel. Very nice looking hotel. Room was nice. The receptionist Regina was amazing. Super nice and friendly. Easy to get a hold of if I had any questions. Very helpful. The staff was very nice and friendly as well. I love that the bring you breakfast to your room at no extra charge. I would defiantly recommend this hotel.

Perfect hotel in Fira, gorgeous rooms
The Winery Hotel is a unique property in the center of Fira, with an inviting courtyard and rooms with beautiful interiors. The staff is helpful and responsive and everything is so well-maintained. Our junior suite was much larger than we expected, and very comfortable! Our room had a view to the pool in the interior courtyard. The highlight for us was the fantastic breakfast, which was brought to our room at a specified time each morning. Off-site parking was about a 3-5 minute walk, and the walking path to the caldera hike is very close to the hotel.

Antonio and all staff at the Winery Hotel were exceptionally professional and were happy to organise anything at a moment’s notice. We felt well attended to at every moment. The pool was quiet and well kept and a little oasis in the middle of busy high season Santorini. The breakfasts were pleasant sitting by the pool. We also loved the boat tour with Eugene and his crew they organised. Highly recommended.

Such an amazing one week stay, the breakfast options were great and being vegetarian the chef catered so well for me. The team were so hospitable and warm, honestly such a lovely group of people who really made us feel welcome. The amenities in the room and hotel in general were fantastic and modern. When we were looking at places to stay in Santorini a lot of the places were charging a lot for dated decor and facilities. The Winery Hotel was one of the only hotels that had the modern facilities, but keeping all the Grecian charm. The hotel is located 3 mins walk to the main bus stop, 3 mins walk to the sunset views, and surrounded by great food and shops and overall general charm and 10 mins drive from the airport. If you can, stay here! Thank you for having us, it was such a lovely trip.

This was an excellent stay. The appointments of the cave-like rooms are stunning - finishes, accent lighting, attention to detail, quality, amenities. You get a desk, rain shower, free drinking water. The staff are super friendly. You eat breakfast at your own little table outside your room which is perfect in our covid era. The pool is fantastic. Getting around is expensive, so I recommend you bring your AAA international driving permit stamped for motorcycle and rent a scooter if you are game for that.

The property is clean, the staff is helpful. Just a few issues... The rooms are extremely dark, no windows, only a panel that opens up on the front door. The rooms are very claustrophobic and dark. First Issue, The A/C did not work, the unit had two A/C units but only one was working. For a large room with interior hot tub one AC unit was not sufficient to cool the whole apartment. Once I called the staff to mention the air-conditioning unit they said that they cannot do anything and they brought me a standup fan to help cool the place a bit. I managed to turn off the hot tub and that cooled the place down by a few degrees. Second issue, So the next day they managed to turn on the second air-conditioning unit. This cooled the place nicely. But soon after we found out why the second unit was off initially. As soon as the two air-conditioning units in the hot tub was on the main power switch kept knocking off leaving us in the dark. Like I said the place is nice and the stuff is helpful but it was an inconvenience to stay there. Third issue was the breakfast, you have to request it the night before so they can have a prepared a few blocks away and delivered to you at a specified time. It arrives cold. if forget to drop off the card the previous night you're stuck without breakfast. Fourth issue was room cleaning. I have never seen a hotel where you have to hang the "please make my room" if you happen to forget to hang the sign you will arrive to a dirty room.

This is the most beautiful property I have ever stayed in anywhere. First of all, the suite I selected contained 2 bedrooms, each with its own jacuzzi. One of the jacuzzis was in a glassed-in room separated from the bedroom. There were also two showers and two toilets as well as a living room and a small upstairs loft with a sofa bed. Two families could easily stay in this suite. The suite was extremely beautifully designed, from the cave-like design of the walls (this is a converted winery) and beautiful floor to the vases and other objects in the rooms. There was even an alcove behind one of the jacuzzis displaying a staircase from the old wine cellar, complete with a light you could turn on to illuminate it. The reception by staff was extremely hospitable and staff were very helpful during my 2-day stay. The hotel is very quiet, even though it is just steps away from the main street in Fira. I appreciated being close to the shopping and other amenities (for example, a public bus stop where you can catch a bus to Perissa Beach) as well as a museum after previously staying in Imerovigli, which I found a bit boring. There was a fairly large pool with tables around it, where breakfast is served. I did not have time to try the pool but it looked nice. This hotel provided the best memory of my 5-day stay in Santorini.
