"Welcomed into the hotel and arranged parking for us (particularly busy car park on arrival). Assistance offered with luggage and ran through hotel facilities etc. Cathy was particular good with our two year old. We booked dinner, menu catered for all of us and the simple pricing was appreciated. We used the inside pool, kids area and games room. Little ones loved it and all the facilities were clean, well maintained and comprehensive. The outside garden looked wonderful, we had a quick walk...

"Both my husband and myself found the hotel to be just perfect location walk to the beach ideal for children..especially in summer months. Breakfast was great ample choice. However we found our bedroom overlooking the garden a little sparce could do with additional decorative objects to give it more appeal.."

"Made to wait until 3pm to check in which was the policy but ended with overcrowding of people waiting around the lobby and waiting areas and then wait time to check in as backlog of people to check in .. felt amateur , disorganised and unfriendly approach to customers "

"Great check-in. Clear instructions. Friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. The only issue was that the sink was blocked. Upon reporting, it was sorted out very quickly. I would love to have had the bar stay open lknger than the 11 PM"

"Hotels was clean and tidy and suited my needs. I had to be up early in the mornings before the standard breakfast times but the staff were really helpful in allowing me to have an early starters breakfast. Rooms were a good size and its a bonus to have the gym and pool available too. Having a plenty of carpark spaces was a good as well. Happy to recommend this location."

"Overall a good stay. Spoilt a little as we stayed previously and didn't have to pay for the pool etc. This time however we did as we booked through Expedia, although we tried to book direct there was no room availability. I think it should be as it says on the best western website,if your a resident then it's all included."

"We stayed one night as part of a cycle around the Island. The beds were comfortable, room was warm , ample breakfast and good cycle storage. One shower had very poor pressure and a door that didn’t shut properly. No shampoo and conditioner, just a body gel / shampoo that I would use on hair. Basic and just fine. "
