All areas of the hotel were immaculate and very clean, plenty of parking spaces and very quiet at night, no noise from corridors or banging of room doors. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Their recommendation for food at Cooks Bar and Kitchen was an excellent choice, the Kelpies was a short pleasant walk, once out of the trading estate. The only downside was not being able to walk to a pub/restaurant for food, although the drive to Cooks was less than five minutes.There was a staff kitchen which guests are welcome to use.

Ideal to walk to Kelpies and felt safe even at night. On an industrial estate so limited options very locally but plenty of choice slightly further afield. Staff v friendly and helpful. Room clean and everything we needed.

Standout was the staff who were excellent, so helpful and friendly. The room was great. No food available but staff booked us a table at a nearby eatery. Ideal for a short walk to visit the Kelpies. Location is on a trading estate but easy access to road network for onward travel.

Stayed at Premier Inn Grangemouth again and had another really positive experience. I stay here regularly, at least once a month, and it’s consistently a great standard. The hotel is clean and well looked after throughout, and the rooms are comfortable with everything I need. It also feels very reasonably priced for what you get. The standout is always the staff. Everyone is excellent, genuinely welcoming, and helpful from check-in onwards. Reliable, good value, and always a pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

My go to hotel when staying in this area. Stayed there monthly for the last year or so. Rooms are starting to get a bit worn, stains on the blinds, carpets etc. The bed is always clean and comfy, will still use this location going forward, and hope the rooms get refreshed.
