"I have been going to Eleuthera for over 20 years. Every home is different and being on a remote island has its challenges for property owners. This home sits on a great beach with plenty of privacy. It was very clean and the check in process was super easy. Some items are worn, but everything works. The bed in the blue bedroom sways and is super soft (the only negative). Awesome view and nice location."

"We spent 9 days and had a great time. The home is centrally located just about 7-8 minutes North of Governor's Harbor. We enjoy exploring different beaches and we were able to hit all the best beaches anywhere from 5 - 30 minutes from the house. "We had a great stay at Landing Villas. The house was clean, in a great location, and Chris was very responsive. Beach at end of the road was incredible and kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of the day. House was nice and the beds were very comfortable. "This area of Eleuthera is slightly rustic with washed out rocky roads, so the entry was a bit unexpected. There are 3 bungalows on the property and they were tidied by a housekeeper daily. On the property is a bar/restaurant that is open approximately noon-9p. They sometimes have live music. They are closed on Mondays. "The road leading to the property was treacherous to traverse in an SUV. So once we were up, we didn’t want to leave. We had to wait until after 3 to check into our room even though there was only my husband and I and one other guest staying in the cottages. The room was a lovely room with ocean views. Pasquale’s restaurant is rarely open. No ice on premises and internet was out as well as electricity a few hours a day. The beach is beautiful but has so much trash along the dune lines but from our visit to Eleuthera, most of their beaches are riddled with plastic trash. That’s what you get for $200 a night in the off season. "
