We appreciated also that there are a lot of spices and some condiments and that food preparation was easy. It is nice to have an office space if one is doing some work. It is a small space."

"We were in town from Iowa with our 5 kids for my father-in-law’s funeral in Pico. Our kids loved the pool and picking fresh oranges from the trees near the condo. Ron was such a gem with any and all of our questions and spoiled our kids with drinks and treats. The cottage was fully furnished with everything needed for our stay. "When we arrived, the house is very cold. We turned on the air conditioner, it need about 6-8 hours to make the house warm, so my husband caught a cold. The room with three beds apparently is attic, its bedside lamp doesn’t work and the sockets have no power, no air conditioner in that room. Kitchen looks dirty. Really a horrible experience. Will not choose this house anymore."
