My stay at the Hampton Inn was very nice. I was only there for 24 hours, but within those 24 hours, I was helped a lot, my questions were answered, and no one had an attitude. I also received points for my Hilton rewards. The beach was literally behind my hotel if I am going back to Jekyll Island, this is where I’m staying again.

The staff was truly courteous and we were allowed to check in 2 hours earlier which made our trip to Jekyll Island much more inviting and relaxing. In addition, we were given complimentary water bottles. And since both my husband and I were so thirsty at that time of check-in, we felt so comfortable right away. The room was huge and very clean and the pillows as well as the queen size beds were extremely comfy! The beach behind the hotel was so beautiful, clean and had privacy. Breakfast was sumptuous and had lots of options. Again, the staff made sure our needs were met. Great hotel for an island getaway!

I had a previous stay here in April and it was fabulous. This time upon check in it took 3 room moves before we were placed into the room originally reserved. Staff was helpful and assured me I would be reimbursed for a nights stay due to the problems. The hotel is wonderful, location is perfect, amenities are good, fun little bar area. My stay was in mid-July and I have yet to hear back from the hotel as to my refund, hence the 3 stars.

I needed a solo beach trip with a relaxing atmosphere and that’s exactly what I got. Front desk was helpful and friendly. The pool area is very nice. Loved the easy access to the beach. My room was lovely. I definitely will be back.
