governors beach was phenomenol very clear water
Perfect place to get away for a vacation. It was like sensation overload, it was perfection.
Don't expect to shop past 5PM, as nearly all shops close, and restaurants are not usually busy until 7PM. Cruise ships in port unload large numbers of passengers, but they don't impede shopping access. Taxis and public buses are many. FRIENDLY!!!!
Too touristy with same shops set up for Cruise ship markets.Same tacky stores as any cruise ship port.Nothing Cayman or unique for people.culture. Too much car traffic and little uncertain public transportation.Development killing reefs,Georg Harbor
It's short, easy walk to Sunset House for daily eats, drinks, and sunsets. Other than that- u need a car or can walk 1/2 mile into town to catch the bus or call a taxi($15 each way).
