“When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.”

“Was very disappointed with the outdoor water park not being opened for our 4 year old granddaughter, the carpet in the lobby was very dirty and stained up, our bathroom door would not even latch shut, was excepting much more from the Wilderness Resort.”

“This was a beautiful place and so relaxing had the creek outside the balcony and yes its a bit outdated but the staff was wonderful! The location is perfect for being in town just a trip down the hill and you are right at ole reds! We will definitely stay here again when we are in town! ”

“We arrived after 4, check in time, in the afternoon, the water slides closed at 6 Our daughter only had a few slides before they closed, she was very disappointed. Over all the stay was very good, Just one note:THIS IS NOT A DOG FRIENDLY FACILITY!!!!!”
