"The hotel was nice and located perfectly to the convention center. Only complaint I have is the parking lot is very small and we had to park in a parking lot away from the hotel. I didn’t like that since it was just me and my daughter and the parking lot was not well lit. "
"Everything was extremely comfortable and clean and we even saw our first family of life bears walk right through the parking lot in front of us.Also very convenient to everything in downtown Gatlinburg.."
"A little off the main strip but an amazing hotel for the money! Right on the trolley line also. Rooms are quiet, beds are comfy, showers are hot, but AC wasn’t the best. The pool was under renovation but looks super nice. Staff was friendly. I would come again! Even saw some bears! I’d definitely stay here again "
