We loved our stay at this brand-new hotel. Please continue with the evening reception and hot breakfast. Both are so good and we appreciate that your hotel does more than a continental breakfast. Also please keep some rooms pet free because some of us are allergic. Our bed was a little firm for our needs. The lady in the coffee shop was just as sweet as could be and made a wonderful ice cream Sunday. Lastly a shout out for excellent front desk workers that helped to make us feel welcome. A big kudos to Marcy in the trip/excursion area. She was so helpful and kind to us with not only some hiking maps, socks and a t-shirt but gave us some valuable information about all the excursions that are now offered. We will definitely be back to flyfish and walk the nature trails. Marcy was like a longtime friend and we enjoyed visiting with her!!! She is one reason we will be back for sure! Check in was very quick. No lines, no waiting. Friendly staff. Property is beautiful, new and modern. The room was big and spotless. Good size balcony. Was greeted by name on the TV welcoming me upon entering my room which was a nice personalized touch. Had microwave, fridge, table and sofa. Huge bathroom with extra towels. Housekeeping staff was friendly, helpful and smiling. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices. The hotel had lots of extra touches like fire pits and pool slide. Sitting areas everywhere. I really enjoyed my stay and will surely return. No complaints.

The only problem I had with the stay was the mattress was terrible, I got up with a backache every single morning. The only other thing was the handicap parking. I was able to walk with no problem, but my wife can't walk for very far and has to have a electric chair to travel. There needs to be an upgrade on handicap parking spaces. Other than that you have a beautiful facility and very kind and helpful employees.

I enjoyed the overall stay. From the breakfast especially the custom omelette. Very peaceful by the fire pit area room was very nice. Walking distance to everything in the general area. I would definitely come back to stay again next time I am in Gatlinburg.
