Frig did not work, Commode had a whistle every time it flushed. No cleaning for the three days we there. ( We were told this at check-in. ) Overall an avg, experience.

The hotel is a good location close to the main street in Gatlinburg with the added benefit of free parking and complimentary breakfast. However when we checked in we weren't given a free cookie and when we went to use the shower in our room one of the towels was stained and another had hair on it.

We had a good experience in Gatlinburg on our trip. The site was partially under construction, but it was not interfering with our stay. Make sure you request a full size balcony if you are wanting sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee. The mattress was extremely firm which is good for some but not all.

I'll start with what we liked: the location and room size were great. We were able to fit our family of four into the spacious room and we were within a couple of minutes of all that downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. However, we had issues immediately upon check-in. Our room keys wouldn't work and the door had to be reset. No biggie. But then we entered a room with an oddly short door into a room that smelled like mildew. The bathroom was a bit dirty around the toilet and had very little sink space. They also don't offer daily housekeeping so we had to ask for fresh towels each day. The breakfast was decent but the general hotel felt like it needed an update. It seems like they're making efforts in this area, as the entire basement was off limit to guests while they redid the pool. We were very disappointed to learn the pool was closed since it was a huge part of the reason we chose this hotel. Overall - needed updates throughout, felt a little rundown and not super clean (but not horribly dirty). Great location and minimally did the job we needed it to.

We used the hotel to stay the night before go to the rental cabin and the night before leaving Gatlinburg because it was under winter storm warning. Very convenience. Close to everything.

I understand this location is going under a renovation. The walls are super thin, you can hear conversations - especially if you’re on the bottom floor. You hear everyone on the balconies. Our room could have been cleanse, the desk was sideways in the room away from the wall, there was some hair in the shower and sink.

Our first room had hair in the bed and a large stain on the floor, staff was very friendly and changed our room immediately. Our 2nd room had black mold near the balcony door and unfortunately we didn’t see it until check out day.

This was a good place to stay. There is construction going on at the hotel and I feel like the price should have reflected that fact more. Kind of noisy in the morning but front desk was very helpful and answered all questions. Breakfast was great! Easy walk to the main street in Gatlinburg. Enjoyed the stay.

Much to our surprise, when we checked in the front desk gave us a key for an occupied room. We were shocked to see people staring back at us when we opened the door. That could have been a very dangerous situation. They fixed the issue after a few comments that made it seem like we were at fault, but then gave us a less desirable room right next to noisy exit door. Speaking of the noise, it was one of the nosiest hotels I’ve stayed at. It sounded like they were moving furniture across the floor in the room above us at all times of the night. The wall next to us was paper thin so we could hear their conversations. Housekeeping started vacuuming at 7am in the room above us which woke us up. The common areas smelled musty. The room was clean for the most part, but there was definite improvements that could have been made by maintenance. Parking was awful. They don’t have enough spots for their guests to park at. They were good about towing vehicles that didn’t belong in the lot. Overall, the only positive thing about the place was that it is within walkable distance to the Parkway, but I would never stay at this hotel again if I have the choice.
