"We were not aware of an upfront and refundable charge when we checked in. The desk was polite in answering my question why. I am sad that some people miss use and possibly damage properly while staying in a hotel and cause everyone to feel not trusted."
"Although they try to keep things clean, many of the tenants leave their trash outside (not in the cans). There are cameras but there were awful screaming matches between my neighbors when I was staying there. It may not be like this all the time but I do not recommend extended stay. They had a fire which disables them from serving breakfast."

"Enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and updated. Hotel staff was polite. They do not offer airport service but I don’t think any Hilton Hotel offers that amenity. "

"Amazing property! I loved the convenience of having a CVS on the lower level. Quick walking access to nearby places. It was especially convenient to the event center for my sister’s birthday celebration. The only thing I would change would be to have access to a shuttle service. "
