We had an amazing stay at the Reisen. The hotel is beautiful, the room was so comfortable and all the staff are so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the bar was great fun. The location is excellent for walking or getting a bus or ferry. The sauna and plunge pool was a nice bonus.

We were very cold on the first night as couldn’t turn off the a/c, we notified reception & they sorted it by taping over the a/c vent & giving us a mobile radiator but there was no apology & for the price of the room I don’t think it was an acceptable situation.

From first contact and having an early check in, to the friendliness of staff we were impressed from the start. The room was decorated beautifully, the bathroom had a very good shower and the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast one day in the hotel and the quality was excellent. I would stay in this hotel again.
