It served its purpose and was clean so i was happy about that. Only downfall was that the sink faucet, toilet handle and shower rod that holds the extension were pretty much broken but still worked. Bathroom counter was one person leaning on it away from detaching from the wall. Bed was comfy but not the pillows (typical hotel pillow so no surprise there), wasn't too noisy from others staying there, pool was good, breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly.

No upkeep with this property. Parking lot was dirty, trash everywhere. Employees were not friendly, were busy on personal cellphone, did not acknowledge people in timely manner when approaching front desk. Breakfast employee went out to smoke every 15 mins. Cigarette buds in flowerbeds in front of hotel. Dirt under sofas in dining/lobby area. Lights on everywhere in broad daylight, 3 TVs and music running at the same time in lobby. No vent in room inside bathroom. Rust in bathroom, hair from previous guest in bathroom, grime in shower.

I Was unable to Check in to your property due to a family Emergency..After several call and no answer, to infrom the staff ofmy dilemma. I received a csll from someone of your staff at appointment 10pm the same day , he was rude and unprofessional and refuse to give his name i will ne calling Manger in the am so i will not be chargefor the oneday expense..

I thought this would be a good hotel to stay but unfortunately soon as I went to check in the front desk, person was nowhere to be found. He was just sitting down in the lounge didn’t even greet me well nor had a good attitude. Then the room had a bad smell as soon as we walked in. In the pool and hot tub area was a little dirty as well. You can tell no one really goes out to clean the pool but other than that we had a okay stay.

Golden Corral is in walking range from the hotel. Beach is in walking distance from the hotel. Coffee at the hotel was good. Free breakfast, good quality. Room was clean but very small.

My friend and were overall pleased.The one problem was the transition from rug to laminate was sharp and uncomfortable to walk on.Probably could be a fall hazard also.
