Michael (door check-in) and Ericka (reception) are truly exceptional staff members! Long story short, they bent over backwards to help us get checked in!! We were driving when the message came in requesting updated CC Info. My bank had sent me a new Card, which replaced the info I’d given 4 months ago. However, we arrived within the check-in window, and I was very disappointed to learn that Hilton had cancelled our reservation. We ended up getting rooms other than the ones I’d chosen.
