"This property is exactly as described in the listing. There is no ocean beach access, but it’s close enough to hear the surf. The Quonnie breachway, dock, and Quonnie pond are within easy walking distance. The kitchen is well-equipped and the deck out back was delightful for a cookout. The home is very neat and clean, a typical Rhode Island beach house. The owners were kind enough to return to us a small item that we left behind! We highly recommend this listing.
