"Good value for the money. Clean and spacious. Essentials present but Sparsely furnished, pleasant decor. Lighting not our favorite. Kitchen minimally furnished. Pathetic little bathroom rug (needs replacing) no bath mat. Thin walls. An upstairs unit which we didn’t know before our arrival. Would possibly stay here again."

"My spouse & I stayed in this condo several nights while visiting relatives in San Marcos. Everything was very clean with a comfortable bed & nice linens. The A/C was quiet, even overnight (& necessary in August). We loved the fully supplied kitchen which made cooking easy if you wish to dine in. Good Wi-Fi & lots of thoughtful touches by the host. We'll stay here again when in town."

"Condo fit our needs for the short stay. Didn’t spend much time in the unit. What time we did was quite noisy due to heavy footed upstairs neighbours. Kitchen and bathroom could use an update but adequate."

"Shilda, our host was a truly lovely lady. From our first day to our last she was there to answer questions, give great advice, and take care of any of our needs. The rental looked even better in person than it did in the listing pictures. The location was close to grocery stores, restaurants and the post office and bank. It was about a 15 ride to get to downtown Carlsbad where we went every day for some wonderful oceanfront walks. ,"

There is nothing Alex missed with this property, and his communication leading up to and during our visit was appreciated. We found the QR codes throughout the villa to be extremely useful.
