Shuttle bus is not recommended

Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk provides complimentary shuttle bus from Tōjinmachi station every 20 mins (service not available on weekdays), but the timetable is useless and I ended up with waiting for the bus over 40 mins this time. I suggest everyone to take a walk (20 mins) or taxi (5~10 mins depending on traffic) if you are planning to go to the hotel from Tōjinmachi station.

悪い評価は原則として書きたくないのですが、チェックアウト時に少し不愉快な気分になったのと、何度も評価依頼が届くので気になった点を書かせていただきます。約20年前、昨年、今年（７泊）と3回目の利用です。（何れもプロ野球観戦で利用）１．支払済＆利用していない朝食代を請求された。朝食無しを選択しておき、チェックイン時に孫が２日のみ同泊する旨を伝え、その間の朝食代と入湯税（？）は、チェックイン時に支払済み。その旨を伝えても、私の勘違いかのような対応をされたので、「レストランは利用時にお部屋番号を伝えるからレストランの控えと突き合わせていただけば分かるのでは？」とお伝えしたら、ようやく調べていただけ、ミスが判明。ずうっと立ちっぱなしの対応だったので、お調べくださる間、そこに座っていますので、分かったら声を掛けてくださいと伝えて座ったが、本来なら、「すぐにお調べしますので、そちらにお掛けになってお待ちください」と声を掛け、判明しtら、座っている場所へ声掛けに来るべきなのに、少し待っていたら、カウンタの中から名前を呼ばれた。その際のお詫びの仕方が「受付担当者のミスで・・・」と言い訳がましかったが、担当者個人のミスではなく、ホテルのミスと捉えたお詫びの仕方をするべきだし、待たせる間、待たせた後の対応がまず過ぎる。（元事業者）２．製氷機の故障中表記が問題到着日に覗いたら、「故障中」の張り紙があった。他の階も確認したら同様の張り紙があり、やむを得ず、隣接コンビニへ購入に行った。レビューには、「氷を部屋に届けて欲しい」旨を伝えたら、各階に製氷機があるからという返事で、持って来てもらえなかったと書かれていたので。全館故障中（？）なら、チェックイン時にその胸を記載したリーフレットを配布するか、口頭ででも伝えるべき３．Wi－Fi環境がお粗末（遅過ぎる）どなたかのレビューにも書かれていたが、繋がりづらい。４．TV受像機がネット配信に対応していない？ Youtube等を視聴しようとしてもできなかった。５．ワンピースタイプの寝間着（パジャマが良い）６．連泊者用にコインランドリーを設置してほしい（海外じゃないので、使い捨ては利用したくない）
