"What i like: 1) free parking 2) good location and near many good supermarkets, shops and food options. 3) next to highway and easy access to other parts of island. 4) food was good What i dislike: 1) no room cleaning service during trip 2) some staff were rude and talked bad about customers in japanese, thinking that we didnt understand it. 3) staff spoke poor english and could not hold basic conversations "

"The hotel is not too far from Hakata station which is a main point of transportation. Great bars and Yatai are walkable distance."

"Very nice room with closet. Big for a single. Was worried as it was right along a busy street that it would be noisy, but it was very quiet! Easy walk to the subway. Easy walk to the canal area. Breakfast was so-so, but free, so can't really complain."

"We stayed here 3 nights. The bathroom could do with a refurb, but was clean enough - seemed a bit strange having to step upto the bathroom. We went down for breakfast on the last morning and there were no bread rolls available which was the only thing we’d eaten the previous 2 mornings. So had to go out for breakfast. Certainly doesn’t seem to cater for westerners, which was just one of those things. "
