Francisco Uh May Vacations from $730

We had a small vow ceremony with some friends. We organized a small dinner on the beach that turned out great. The staff actually went above and beyond. There provided service that we didn’t expect. In addition, the dinner set up they did was incredible. I’ll never forget it. I would definitely stay here again. The one think I would have liked to know ahead of time was the $1000 hold for incidentals, that was kinda is steep. Also be forewarned that you can head everything in your room and there is no insulation. Other than that. Perfect place.

If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing, and tranquil resort, this is it. If you’re looking to party and “turn-up” this is not the resort for you. The food, staff, property, spa, room, and views were excellent. The only downside to this resort is the excessive amount of seaweed in the ocean. If you’re looking to spend a vast amount of time on the beach, this resort isn’t for you; however, all of the previously mentioned perks make up for not being able to swim in the ocean (if that’s of interest). I certainly will be back and will recommend this resort to family and friends.

Great property. My only complaint is we were sold the upgrade to a room that did not have warm water, water pressure, and at times didn't work at all for majority of our stay and the property knew this. When we talked to the front desk about the situation they kept saying it would be fixed that day but it never was. When we apprached the front desk staff about our frustration of paying for an upgrade to a room that didnt work properly and our children couldn't shower we were meet with a very snarky emplyee and told she would refund us, but would move us back to the original room booked and it didnt have water either.

Staff were very nice. Pools and property well maintained. Ventus and Ventus Ha side were pretty boring. Would benefit from activities and/or music very far walking and carts were often a pain to locate or staff would be irritated to give you a ride because they were short staffed to provide transport around the hotel. Butlers went out of their way to help you and provide a positive experience. Thanks to David, Enrique and Gonzalo. The food was mediocre. Aakat and the Mexican restaurant were by far the worst. Just go to the buffet then go to these restaurants. Entertainment did a great job overall with shows and entertainment at the main pool. Probably wouldn’t come back due to the food quality and room service not being very good.
