"We stayed here for a night while visiting Oxman and Suytun cenotes. Staff is quick and polite. Small beautiful place in this small town with great garden view, relaxing, super clean, the bed is nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend to spend a night here if you want to explore cenotes and ruins before drive back to tulum. "

"The owner was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect :) had everything you needed. There was also a closeline out the back door for drying clothes that was really handy (And hammock hooks in the room which was cool). The yard is beautiful and has tons of greenery, birds and gheckos. Frida Kahlo the cat that lives there is very friendly and cute. :) The door also had multiple lock options and felt very safe, and the property was only a 10 minute walk from the city center. "

"Great hotel, very clean and welcoming. The only down side was that the house just beside the hotel has at least 10 dogs barking for hours... Sounded like they were in our room. Beside that detail, we really enjoyed our stay and would go again."

"The hotel is what you'd expect but could do few things to improve like adding a hand towel and one for the floor as half the bathroom would get wet when showering. Also the location was much further from the centre than shown on Expedia which has been a big disappointment, not hotel's fault but check Google maps before you book, it's a good 15 min walk to main square."

"The hotel is very well maintained, it has a beautiful front and backyard, and the staff is always willing to help. Although we were told it was safe, I didn't like the location, it was about a 20-minute walk to the city centre and the surrounding area of the hotel wasn't very nice. "

"This place is very close to everything (the church, downtown, cenote, La Calzada de los Frailes). I loved the chocolate shampoo. Negative points: The pool is located in face of reception and therefore there is no privacy. The room should have a minibar."

"This was probably my favorite hotel that I stayed in. I have stayed in much more high-end modern and gorgeous hotels. This experience was my favorite. The rooms are great the facility is great the people are great and the restaurant is great. And extremely reasonable. Loved the hospitality and the feel of the jungle. Five stars."

"The staff were great and really helpful, the hotel had everything we needed and was really clean - some of the fizrures etc were definetely showing signs of needing to be teplaced but they wre clean so it didnt matter. Its a quick taxi ride to the centre of town or about a 1p minute walk."

Quiero resaltar el trabajo de la gente que trabaja en el comedor de desayuno especialmente Marcelino que es tan atento y cordial que nos hizo sentir muy a gusto en el hotel. A solo 45 minutos de Chichen Itza es una opción muy cómoda para usar de base para moverse y conocer el area. Volvería sin dudarlo."
