Dear Fouad,I apologize that our staff was not as accommodating as you need. You are correct in that we have a policy regarding cash payments for rooms. We do not accept cash up front for security reasons that have been proven consistently over time for many years now. We realize this is an inconvenience and regret and trouble it may have caused. Also, I'm confused as the name in this comment does not match the name of the registered guest on the room. Given that the record in question has the name and given address of another person, we would not be able to provide a copy of a contract made with another person. We would be more than happy to share it with the person who was named as the guest who was registered. Thank you.
