I've stayed at this property several times before, as well as other family members. However this trip absolutely no control over guests.A large group of high schoolers or young college students basically took over the lounge /restaurant bar area. At 2 AM on the 8th floor basically partied banging doors Running back and forth room to room. Then at 4AM blared a stereo till 7AM. Absolutely no sequrity to be scene, and impossible to go report without getting seen/blocked by the traffic. Ive never seen a hotel of the caliber being this out of control on a floor. In hundreds of hotel stays over my live, never seen this. 3 hours of sleep and had to travel to Houston. Reported to the desk, haven't been contacted by manager yet.

Urban hotel stay. Make sure you try the 1st floor pool table. Hotel kitchen quite decent. Kid and animal friendly. Building was retrofit from office building into hotel rooms. TV audio a little light, but control system starter than most.

No continental breakfast. Valet parking was $30 a day! It is downtown but wow, much too high. No terrace or patio anywhere on the property. The lights in the room and how they are controlled are awful. Nice view from floor 12.

Hello. Thank you for staying with us. Yes, our valet parking is 30, however it is the least expensive in all of downtown. Most everyone is 42-50 per night. We do not offer a continental breakfast, no Aloft property does. We do have a restaurant that servers breakfast, lunch and dinner though. Safe travels!!

Overall things at this property were okay. We found what appeared to be dried blood on a few towels and washcloths. We asked for new ones and that was done quickly. Facilities were nice though and the area is decent. Food options were good and a lot of entertainment in the area. The parking garage across the street got pretty loud at night with people driving to the top, honking, and playing music on the top level. Overall not bad, and pretty drivable to anywhere in the area.

Good location, can be noisy if your neighbor is loud (not a lot of noise cancelling between rooms). Charged me to have a fourth person in a double queen suite!? Also- for that fourth person housekeeping gave me 2 towels daily.

I have stayed here multiple times a year for 2 yeats now and prefer this because of how nice quite clean and located is.this time my room was not clean. Their was hair on the shower walls stain on the comfkrter. The next day after housekeeping came in to refresh. The trash was not taken out, the floor where some crumbs were did not get vacumed. Same stained comfroter was on the bed. The floor was not swept. Anf rhe teas were not resto ked.my moms personal bar soap on her soap dish was gone. I had some new cups with new tea bags candies ans chap stick in it sitting on top of my books on the be ch and those were gone. Super disappointed and sisgusted in the room cleankng and the room refresh.

This hotel had a great location and had a fun modern feel. It was very well-kept and clean. They cleaned our room daily. I was very impressed with their Vallet service. They were very nice, looked you in the eye when they spoke to you and were prompt. There was live music in the bar area on Friday night while we were there that was fun to listen to. The bar service was not that great and often hard to even find.
