"Had an amazing week at this property (second time renting here) in May of 2024. The house is set up beautifully with plenty of room and privacy for multiple people/families. The property is right on the beach and it felt like a private beach because rarely did we see any other people. There is an elevator, which comes in handy with older guests and luggage etc. The property is managed extremely well, very clean and they provide everything needed for the beach or even kayaking on the river side....

"This property had all the essentials and more including beach gear (chairs, towels, toys for kiddies), board games, premium TV (Netflix, Max, Prime Video, etc), king bed and a very short walk to the beach. Sandy is very accommodating, prompt and attentive communications. Location is close to many community attractions, parks, and restaurants. We will absolutely be back. "From the moment we arrived we knew this was the perfect place for a family getaway. The location was amazing and the proximity to the private beach and Jaycee park was ideal for the kids. Everything about this beach house makes for a memorable time with family. "My husband and I like to take a little trip every month. I cannot say enough how GREAT the experience was in April for our visit to this location. There were touches everywhere that made it EXCEPTIONAL, from the communication before we checked in, to the thoughtful gifts from the host! The unit is immaculate, well decorated and well appointed. I was recuperating from open heart surgery and the thoughtful host checked in each day!"

"The house was beautiful, clean and spacious! There are enough bedrooms to accommodate an extended family- grown children and grandkids, allowing private space with open living areas for gathering. A short walk to the beach entry, but be ready for a trek on the dune path. This section of the beach is fairly private, not nearly as crowded as the section further north. Check in process was rated a 4/5 bc I didn’t know how it all went, as this is my first time renting and I was panicking and was trying to contact the host and VRBO about access to the property. It had been a long 16 hour drive and I was ‘antsy’. But once on the property-EVERYTHING was wonderful."

"Nicely appointed and updated condo. This is by far one of the nicest and quietest condos we have ever stayed in after many, many trips to Ocean Village. It has been updated and we found it to be very comfortable for our weeklong stay. Serge's place will be one of my first choices when rebooking. Only negative I found was the cleaners need a better mop to get the floors a bit cleaner. And a different key box as us old folks struggled a bit getting it open."
