VACATION in this newly renovated beautiful and spacious Cape Coral home right on the canal. Drink your morning coffee with a view of the canal of The Caloosahatchee River which leads out to the Gulf of Mexico. We are very close to the mouth of the river that leads out to the Gulf. Great ease for boaters!

Fish off the dock...snook, crab, stingray! Walk or ride the bikes around the quaint Yacht Club neighborhood.

Rest and relax in a private screened-in lanai housing a newly resurfaced freshwater pool while never leaving the views of the canal. Pool lights up for evening swims. Enjoy a few drinks sitting only a few steps out of the pool.

This is a great space. Everything you need, nice neighborhood, nice pool area, thoughtful items at the house. We walked or rode the bikes to the beach at the yacht club at least 3 times. We were quite happy with this house.

First and foremost, the villa itself is in an excellent location, just minutes to the beach and all the major Cape Coral attractions. The best place ever
The house is very nice and clean, the area is one of the best on Cape Coral area, the swimming pool is clean almost every day and the duck for fishing. It’s nice to relax. I recommend this property 100% satisfied.

Baseball Weekend
We were in town for a baseball tournament my son was playing in. The house was fantastic, clean, and updated. The pool was refreshing and clean. The pool area is really nice which has an area out of the sun to relax with a fan or lounge chairs to relax in the sun. There were plenty of fresh beach towels and fresh linens. The kitchen has everything you need to to cook whatever food you bring including different spices. There are bikes to ride and a crab trap to try to catch your own dinner. We were able to do a little fishing between games, early morning high tide seems to be the most active time. The house does not come with a guarantee that you will catch fish ofcourse but its fun throwing the pole in and trying. Great place in a nice, quiet neighborhood and would definitely recommend.

Even though we were there only to clean up the house from the hurricane, we were able to enjoy the pool and even got to see the dolphins in the canal. I will definately stay there again. The house was in a great location.

Ladies Get Away
The house was beautifully redone after hurricane Ian even tho there was not much to do for beach going which washout main reason on going to florida due to the Cape Coral beach being closed for renovation and all the beaches on the gulf coast having red tide we had an amazing time. There were a few minor issues that Bill the neighbor handyman came and fixed immediately. He was a wonderful and helpful man. Loved the house and loved the area. Will stay again if ever in the area. Tom was easy to work with as well.

Another great stay making family memories!
Had a great weekend at Gia's Villa once again, our 2nd time and will not be our last time!! Brought our boat, went out on the boat every day, fished from the dock, and caught a blue crab! Swam in the beautifully updated pool every day! So impressed with the additional bathroom since our last stay and a remodeled bathroom, beautiful! My son was so happy he didn't have to share a bathroom with his two sisters this visit!! We really lucked out, we left and Hurricane Ian now bringing awful weather, we are so happy it didn't ruin our long weekend getaway....we will return, our go-to Cape Coral favorite place to go, thank you!

Great Summer Vacation
We spent 6 nights and brought our boat with us. We enjoyed having our own dock right in the backyard. The pool was great too, as it wore out our kids every night. Our 3 year old also learned how to swim and our 4 year old found new confidence in the pool there and we will cherish those memories forever!

Gia's Villa - Great Place to Stay!
Gia's Villa was a great place to stay while visiting SW Florida! The home was welcoming and extremely clean. My teenagers loved the pool as well as fishing from the canal. We caught fish, crabs, and even a sting ray! We were about 45 minutes from the beaches we wanted to visit so the location was perfect. Tom and his team were very easy to communicate with. We look forward to staying at Gia's Villa again in the future!

Would highly recommend this property! Quiet neighborhood, centrally located. Clean well kept.
We loved our stay. The home is centrally located to visit Sanibel Island and Fort Myers beach. The beach and restaurant a few blocks away is also great to visit. We enjoyed the pool, fishing in the canals and visiting nearby islands and beaches!! We caught a blue crab in the trap, and caught some fish from the pier kept a few to eat as well. The pier at the Yacht club beach also has fishing Pole rentals and a fishing pier. The house was clean and well taken care of. Very spacious home with plenty of room for the whole Family to relax and enjoy. Quiet and safe neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Centrally located close to Restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!
