"Had a great week on the beach. The house was so nice. There were beach chairs and inflatables to use. The bonus for this Indiana family was a basketball goal. It was a short walk to the beach and not too crowded. We had a nice time on the beach as well as our deck and patio. Would definitely stay here again."

"Pictures did not do this justice. The home is beautiful, spacious and offered needed amenities and more. I was nervous with a previous review about the a/c because we normally are very warm but the air in the home was very comfortable. The walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes just crossing the road. There are bars and restaurants nearby but far enough to still be a quiet street. Host was very responsive and accommodating."

"Chris was a wonderful host, answering all my silly questions promptly. The rental was clean, and decorated like a loved home, and not a sterile hotel. We had access to washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels. The location is perfect with short walks to the beach, numerous restaurants and bars, so no need to drive anywhere. The only downside was our stay was only a week. We plan on returning in the future, and staying longer. Thanks Chris & Jake!"

We brought our dog with us and lovely walk to the end of the street as well to enjoy the inter-coastal wind and view. The property itself is very well laid out! Everything is a as pictured or better! Kitchen fully stocked with accessories of all sorts, including BBQ tools and everything you can think of needing!...

"We stayed here for a week and were very happy with the house. It was very clean and all updated with the latest of things. The decorations were fun too. The plug in the master bathroom didn't work, but other plugs were available to use, so it wasn't a big deal. The kitchen is fully loaded with plates, etc. and cooking tools. "Absolutely amazing stay! The property was flawless and the location was ideal. Mid-island is the place to be for families. Close enough to the action, but far enough away to have a peaceful trip. "I was unaware it would have been helpful to rent a car due to its location. The area and building was still under construction. Noisy during the week. No restaurant or food in the building. Store was 1 1/2 miles away so on first day I had not way to buy food until I rented a bike the next day. Or rent an Uber. Condo was amazing!! Beach front. Clean and large open concept. Large balcony. Would have been great if they also provided beach chairs and umbrella instead of having to rent...
